I used Jack to install laminates to replace the whole second floor carpets of my newly purchased house and also to install tiles in the master bathroom. Jack is one of the rare contractors who is honest, hardworking and simply very good. He was very helpful and always gave me various options at every point. Having high standard, he does not trust most other worker. This means often most of the work is done by himself. This sometimes resulted in some potential delays that he managed by working late and working during the weekend. I have already recommended his service to my friends who have received similar stellar service from him.

Jack drove from San Jose to Oakland to look at my floors and to decide on the repairs needed. He explained in details the work needed to be done and he gave me a fair quote. I asked if he could do the job as soon as possible. He came back the next day with Ted. They finished the job in six hours. I still cannot believe how things went so smoothly. I love my floors. Pricing is very fair and competitive, workmanship is great, and they work around challenges that arise. Pretty sure that Jack saved me a great deal of $ on stair railings, which in the end I did not need to replace. Thanks guys, highly recommended!!
