My friend referred Jack to me when we were looking to replace the old wood floors in the kitchen. Every now and then I would get poked by a wood nail popping up and it was really getting to me. I used Jack to install laminates to replace the whole second floor carpets of my newly purchased house and also to install tiles in the master bathroom. Jack is one of the rare contractors who is honest, hardworking and simply very good. He was very helpful and always gave me various options at every point. Having high standard, he does not trust most other worker. This means often most of the work is done by himself. This sometimes resulted in some potential delays that he managed by working late and working during the weekend. I have already recommended his service to my friends who have received similar stellar service from him.

He was easy to communicate with, gave us good recommendations on how to find the right nosing and transition pieces, and he and his partner Basan did excellent work and made our new laminate floors look amazing. They did the job in 2.5 days and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.
